Paola has been one of the top swimmers at an international and world level, and historically the best synchronized swimmer to have come out of the Canary Islands.

Paola made history when she and her doubles partner Gemma Mengual, along with the entire team, won the first European, World and Olympic Medals for Spain in Synchronized Swimming.

EXCITING CHALLENGES AND NEW PROJECTS

After many years in the water, competing around the world, completing her studies of Architecture in Barcelona and with her interior design projects, Paola has decided to take on a new adventure.

Combining the diminutive form of the words Synchronized Swimming in Spanish “Sincro” (Paola is from Spain) and the English diminutive form of the word “Synchro” (She resides in New York City, USA), as a tribute to her two homes, SINCHRO by Paola Tirados was born.
